The Collection

The American Gold Star Mother's Collection is housed in the Local History Department of the Corpus Christi Public Libraries. The materials in the collection date back to the early 1900s and include various historical items such as: correspondence, news clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, applications, financial records, honor lists, dedication materials, reports, minutes, convention papers, letters, and program booklets.

Additional Resources include various news items that are housed in other personal collections in the Local History Department, such as the DeGarmo Papers, the Rankin Papers, and the Woman's Monday Club Collection.

To view items in the collection, arrangements can be made through the Local History Department.
